Shipping Policy

At High Ground, we work hard to get your order packed, shipped, and delivered as quickly as possible. Please review the information below regarding shipping timelines, rates, and order processing.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on:

  • All active subscription orders

  • All one-time orders of $65 or more (after discounts and before applicable taxes)

Flat Rate Shipping

For all other orders, a flat shipping rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping rates are subject to change without notice based on carrier pricing and operational costs.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has shipped, estimated transit times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (when available): Based on carrier estimates shown at checkout

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Subscription Orders

Subscribers receive free standard shipping on recurring subscription shipments.

Subscription orders are automatically processed according to the delivery schedule selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing, shipping, and account information.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

High Ground is not responsible for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, shipping and delivery are managed by that carrier.

High Ground is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, our team will do our best to help.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, High Ground primarily ships within the United States. International shipping availability may vary and will be displayed at checkout if available.
